From one Heart to another Heart.
Welcome to Heart to Heart of Savannah, where we provide a rich and robust atmosphere for our clients to enjoy. Heart to Heart of Sav is a Licenced Personal Care Home for elderly senior citizens to live a care free life style. We provide three healthy meals a day, two snacks. and a family atmosphere where they are cared for 24 hours a day.  We provide transporation to and fron the their Dr. appointment etc. ADL will be done daily. HTH is a Very clean and safe environment for healthy living.

Abbey Merriweather ,Owner of Heart to Heart of Savannah, with over 20 years in the Heath care field. Originally from Fayetteville N.C. moved to Savannah Ga with her Husband and three sons. Her love for the Elderly and desire to care for and Nuture the needy led her to Open up her own Personal care home where she could spend more time doing what she enjoys the most.
